Once a student has been enrolled into their course, they are considered a current student and all current student enquiries are directed through the Student Support Team at the student’s specified campus. Please be advised that, once enrolled, only the student can request withdrawal of study. This must be done via their MyEnrolment account on an e-form and cannot be done on their behalf. If a withdrawal form is not processed, failure to enrol is then considered to be abandonment of studies.
DeferralAdmissions TeamPlease complete the online form at:

A deferral may only be requested before commencement of study. Deferral is usually requested because the student is no longer able to commence their course in the intake originally requested. A deferral generally cannot be granted once the student has been enrolled and commenced their course unless there are very compelling reasons to do so. A student (or an Agent on their behalf) may request deferral by completing the form at the link opposite and submitting it. The Admissions Team will then process the application and respond.

If a student has already been enrolled into their course, they can no longer apply for deferral, but may request a Leave of Absence (LOA). A LOA can only be approved on compelling and compassionate grounds as prescribed in Standard 9 of the National Code and must be accompanied by supporting documentation. The Student Support Team is responsible for the assessment and approval of applications for Leave of Absence.
